HERE’S THE BIG REVEAL!

GLASS 1

TSOLIKOURI - TELIANI VALLEY

Georgia

The lighter, more delicate glass was the Tsolikouri. Fresh fruit, crisp acidity, and a clean mineral finish were the biggest clues. If this one felt bright but comparatively understated next to the other two, you were on the right track.

VERNACCIA DI SAN GIMIGNANO -CESANI

GLASS 2

Tuscany, Italy

The broader, more savory glass was the Vernaccia. Mineral character and orchard fruit help point the way, but the real clue is texture and finish. If this one lingered a little longer and felt slightly more layered, that was your tell.

HONDARRABI ZURI/PETIT COURBU- MASUA

GLASS 3

Arabako Txakolina, Basque Country, Spain

The liveliest glass in the flight was the Txakolina. Citrus, green apple, brisk acidity, a saline edge, and that faint spritz all help give it away. If this was the glass that immediately made your mouth water, you found the Basque bottle.
