The lightest-bodied, tartest-fruited glass was the Dr. Edge. Pomegranate and tart cherry led into earthy spice, clove and powdery tannins. If it felt vivid and lighter-weighted, you found Tasmania.

C: HEBA — FATTORIA DI MAGLIANO
Morellino di Scansano, Tuscany, Italy
The medium-bodied glass with fresh acidity and smooth tannins was Heba. Red and black cherry, licorice and black pepper sat over a fresh, structured palate. If the tannins felt especially soft and velvety, you found Tuscany.
GLASS 3
A: LE COLOMBIER 2021 — MASSAYA
Beqaa Valley, Lebanon
The fullest-bodied, most concentrated glass was Le Colombier. Red and black fruit, licorice and black pepper gave it the boldest flavor intensity of the trio. If this glass felt ripest and most substantial, you had the Lebanese wine.
