From September through November, we’re sending you out into the world with one new mission each month, inspired by the places, traditions, and cultures behind the wines we love.

Complete the mission, take a photo, and show us at Jet. That’s it!
SEPTEMBER: PLACE
NO PASSPORT REQUIRED

Visit Independence Hall or any UNESCO World Heritage Site and take a photo while you’re there. No tour or ticket required.

Bring us the evidence and we’ll reward your travels with a Traveler’s Pour, a rotating off-menu taste from somewhere in the Ancient World.

Each monthly mission you complete earns one entry into our grand-prize drawing. Complete all three and you’ll earn a bonus entry. Wine Club members receive one automatic entry, too. That means up to five entries total.

ZEUS JUICE - Lightning in a bottle: a tasting celebrating wine from Greece

Summon your inner deity and raise a glass to the gods with Zeus Juice, a Greek wine celebration that’s all lightning, no thunder. This tasting channels Mount Olympus energy into your evening, showcasing the bright, salty, and powerful character of Greek wines.

From sun-soaked islands to rocky mainland vineyards, we’ll sip our way through wines that feel like they were engineered for long conversations, bold flavors, and dramatic toasts. Expect a fun, myth-sprinkled journey that keeps the learning light and the vibes even lighter.

Guests will enjoy five 3 oz pours, from crisp whites to heroic reds, paired with light snacks. Each wine from Greece is chosen to show off the country’s electric range. 

Join us as we taste lightning in a bottle via Greece’s most storied landscapes, from windswept volcanic cliffs, stony hills, and island vineyards where vines grow low to dodge salty Aegean winds. Each pour is a little postcard from a different corner of the Greek world, stamped with sun, sea, and ancient stone.

Terroir-saurus Rex - A Dino Day Tasting

Travel back in time, WAY BACK- without ever leaving your barstool. Terroir-saurus Rex is a dino-day wine adventure that digs into ancient soils, fossil-rich vineyards, and the wild idea that what’s under our feet shapes what’s in our glass.

We’ll explore how terroir (that fancy word for place, soil, and climate) leaves its imprint on flavor, all while keeping things fun, approachable, and totally non-extinct. Expect a little science, a little storytelling, and zero pop quizzes, well, unless “Which one do you like best?” counts.

Guests will enjoy five 3 oz pours paired with light snacks, each chosen to highlight how different landscapes leave their mark on the wines. You bring the curiosity, and we’ll bring the Jurassic-sized personality in the glass.

April’s 1sts - From Mint to Merwah
A Philly Firsts Wine Tasting

Celebrate the whimsy of April on April 15th with a toast to firsts, Philly style. From the first U.S. coin minted right here in our city to some of the world’s earliest wine traditions, this tasting connects the sparkle of our history to the glow in your glass. 

“From Mint to Merwah” is a playful journey through ancient and natural wines that feel anything but dusty. We’ll pour lively, low-intervention bottles from the old cradles of winemaking! Think Georgia, Armenia, Lebanon, and beyond. Join Jill Weber for an approachable wine tasting alongside stories of how human curiosity (and a love of fermentation) helped shape the world as we know it.

Guests will enjoy five 3-oz pours, intentionally selected, including the star of the night, Merwah. Included with the ticket are light snacks that complement the lineup, bite-sized stories about Philly firsts, early coins, and even earlier vines, and zero pretension, lots of questions encouraged, and a few nerdy jokes slipped in between sips.

This year marks the 1946th anniversary of the Mt. Vesuvius eruption that destroyed Pompeii and Herculaneum. So much was preserved under that ash, including bars and taverns, where ancient Romans enjoyed local wines and snacks.

In our tasting, we’ll pouring 5 wines from appellations near the volcano. We will also have small bites, including two bites from ancient Roman recipes!
