This is Cheese & Wine 101 with the masters. Join chef, video host, and general good-time maker Farideh Sadeghin at Jet Wine Bar for a guided cheese and wine tasting built around her book, Cheesy: 50 Boards & Recipes, from Fondue & Poutine to Grilled Cheese & Cheesecake, part of Sisterly Love Collective's 2026 Cookbooks & Convos festival.

A former VICE Munchies host and SAVEUR test kitchen director, Farideh knows her way around a cheese board. Jet Wine Bar, named Best of Philly 2026 for Wine Tasting thanks to owner Jill Weber's quirky tasting series, will guide guests through the wine while Farideh and Philly Cheese School founder Julia Fox-Birnbaum will lead guests course by course through the tasting.

Enjoy four bites inspired by recipes from Cheesy, curated by Third Wheel Cheese x Philly Cheese School, each paired with a wine selected by Jet Wine Bar. Farideh will be on site throughout the evening, talking all things cheese and signing copies of her book. Your ticket includes four cheese bites, four wine pairings, and a signed copy of Cheesy.

Two seatings are available, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM and 8:00 to 9:30 PM on October 30 at Jet Wine Bar. Tickets are $90 per person.
