From unfiltered natural bottlings to varietals reborn through ancient methods, each sip tells a story of rebellion and renewal. Expect vibrant flavors, wild fermentations, and a few beautiful misfits that refuse to be tamed.

Guests will enjoy five 3-oz pours, paired with light snacks, each chosen for their spirited independence and fearless personality. Join us in toasting the mavericks and maybe even discover a little rebel within yourself.
