An Aquarius Wine Tasting

Independent, unconventional, and a little ahead of their time—this tasting is for the rule-breakers and free thinkers. Unruly Wines for Unruly Minds explores ancient traditions, Old World classics, and boundary-pushing natural wines that challenge expectations and reward curiosity.

Guests will enjoy five 3-oz pours, each selected for its character, history, and willingness to defy the norm. From time-honored methods to low-intervention expressions, these wines tell stories of place, philosophy, and rebellion. Light snacks will be served to complement the lineup as we dive into what makes these wines so distinctive.
