High-altitude wines are unique because the thinner air and cooler temperatures at elevation slow grape ripening, resulting in wines with vibrant acidity, intense aromatics, and complex flavors. These wines often showcase a remarkable balance and freshness, reflecting the purity of their mountain origins.

At Jet, our wine bar mirrors this elevated approach! Our wine selections are vibrant, sometimes intense, but always filled with a splash of adventure. Take-off is on November 12th at 6 pm when Jill Weber, owner of Jet Wine Bar & Archaeologist, will guide you on a fun journey through the flavors of high-altitude vineyards.
